Strategic Plan For Initiation of Global Launch
Strategy – Establish pilot program in one country of each of the four world areas

1.    Recruit and train 8 to 16 English speaking mentors from developed countries in the Global Launch model.

2.    Area Directors solicit and recommend one country in each of the four world areas to participate in the pilot program. The     National Director and a Young Leader age 20 – 30 will participate in Global Launch.  One of the trained mentor/coach will be matched with each of the mentees and taken through the program.

CRITIQUE INITIATION, PROGRESS AND PROCESS OF PILOT PROGRAM AND START THE GLOBAL LAUNCH PROCESS AGAIN IN FOUR MORE COUNTRIES   

3.     Assemble eight Global Launch graduates in one place and train them in the mentor/coach process empowering them to each launch another Young Leader.

4.     Each of the eight Global Launch graduates begin Global Launch process with other Young Leaders

5.      National Director and Young Leader form and lead a training team for other mentors in their country or area.
