Global Launch Vision, Focus, Method and Values
Vision: As part of the Body of Christ, to see that every young person in every people group in every nation has the opportunity to make an informed decision to be a follower of Jesus Christ and become part of the local church.
Focus: Holistically enabling Young Leaders called into Youth for Christ (YFC) to accomplish their calling and mission.
Method: Provide training, mentoring, coaching and resources in the areas of leadership, planning, implementation, management and funding of new sustainable ministry/business initiatives.

We desire to work with Young Leaders who are striving to demonstrate a passion for God, a commitment to other young people, are maturing personally, practice Biblical stewardship, maintain healthy family relationships, lead like Jesus, are passionate and sensitive about evangelism, are aware of the world and can identify trends in today’s generation, are committed to the local church and have a Kingdom mentality all as stated in YFC’s Profile of a YFC Young Leader. - Perpetual Empowerment of Young Leaders
We are committed to the perpetual empowerment of young people through resourcing, training, mentoring and supporting Young Leaders in YFC to implement innovative evangelistic strategies and to recruit, equip and empower other young people to accomplish their vision and calling. - Evangelism
All supported initiatives and strategies will be specifically focused on achieving YFC’s vision of seeing that every young person in every people group in every nation has the opportunity to make an informed decision to be a follower of Jesus Christ and become part of the local church. - Sustainability
We value initiatives that will be sustainable and will contribute to the ongoing strategy and overall health and growth of the national program. - Building Relationships of Trust
Building reciprocal relationships based on respect and trust of the leadership of a YFC national ministry will be an essential element in determining ministry needs and assessing the validity of young leader initiatives. - Biblical Principals
