Financial

- What is the financial obligation to the mentor/coach?

Yes, there is a cost to Mentoring/Coaching with Global Launch.  Your financial involvement will probably be somewhere in the $4000 – $8000 range depending on the location of the Mentee.  This would cover two trips to the country of the mentee, any necessary seed money for the ministry or business initiative, miscellaneous expenses and an administrative fee to YFCI.

(An important note:   This money can be personally given or raised by the mentor/coach. We’d actually encourage the second option.  By raising at least some of the money you involve others in the ministry financially and through prayer.)

- Is the seed money a grant or a loan?

The seed money will be a loan to the Mentee.  This money will be repaid with interest to Global Launch so as to enable us to help others.

- Will any necessary seed money be given directly to the mentee from the mentor?

There will be no financial involvement between the mentee and mentor/coach.  Any necessary seed money will be distributed from the Global Launch office when and as agreed on by both the mentor/coach and the mentee.
